Messe Düsseldorf has announced that this year’s plastics fair K from 16 to 23 October 2019 is fully booked. This means that around 3,000 exhibitors will once again be presenting themselves at the Düsseldorf Fair and Exhibition Centre on a total area of around 175,000 square metres. The focus of the fair will revolve around the key issues of circular economy, resource conservation and digitisation, all of which will be addressed at exhibition stands and by the accompanying programme. Numerous member companies of PlasticsEurope, the association of plastics manufacturers, are again represented among the exhibitors. Another highlight is the special show “Plastics shape the Future” by PlasticsEurope Deutschland: The platform deepens the key themes of the fair in discussions, lectures and other formats, and places special emphasis on innovation and sustainability aspects around plastics.
